SEO
Using WordPress, I was responsible for managing the website and optimizing the website for increased organic traffic. I performed the necessary SEO optimizations with a focus on keyword research, technical SEO, content creation, and local SEO tactics. I successfully increased their organic traffic from 812 monthly sessions to 865 monthly sessions in three months. Originally the keyword profile was very high in branded keywords, using SEO tactics I increased the organic keyword profile through blogs, on-site content, and other strategic optimizations.



SOCIAL
Utilizing Meta Business Suite, I was responsible for managing all social media for the brand. I included mental health campaigns and promotional ideas to drive organic traffic. Successfully, I increased their organic media, drove conversions, and generated brand awareness.
PPC
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to oversee PPC campaigns performed by an outsourced agency. I learned the basics of PPC including cost per conversion, total ad spend, and more.






CRM
Utilizing Sunwave EMR, I oversaw CRM management and tracked daily opportunity reports to ensure increased conversions (scheduled intakes).
CALL TRACKING
Additionally, I was responsible for monitoring call tracking data daily to ensure proper call dispositioning and to gain insights on patient referral sources. Utilizing these insights and data, I created strategic marketing strategies and optimizations to increase overall marketing conversions.






LOCAL
Using Google Business Profile and SEMRush Local I worked on increasing local presence for two brick and mortar locations, as well as three ISD partnerships. I monitored local directory listings and optimized all Google Business Profiles,
REPORTING & ANALYTICS
I created a comprehensive reporting dashboard using Looker Studio that displays filtered data from all digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, GSC, GBP, and GA4.
